Here’s an evolutionary rendering of the previous concept. A scene we like to call “Ace in the hole”. Here Rooter (under player control) assists Ace as he makes repairs down in a manhole.

I knew it!! A buddy adventure! I’m really, really pleased and excited to see that direction… I’ve always loved those (Sam & Max from LA, for example) and wanted to see more stories with playable “buddy” characters from Sierra. The evol. render looks so lovely, as well… this really made my day.

I cannot wait to play this adventure. It has been too long since we’ve had a real Two Guys adventure! Seeing this juicy stuff makes me more impatient. 😀

I am loving the look of this game. Very much how I would have envisioned a modern Space Quest to look. Rooter is adorable, and as others have said, I cannot wait to take control of the little guy. Each image I see puts my mind further at ease with the amount of money I ponied up for this amazing adventure.
